The Proposals

•  Up to 550 new homes of which 168 affordable, and 130 integrated retirement living

• Community hub including restaurant, gym, and an early years setting all overlooking a public square with opportunities for work hub, community meetings etc.

• Over 11ha of new public open space including additional play areas to meet local need

• New junior sports pitches and pavilion

• Targeting over 40% biodiversity net gain

All views will form part of the pre-planning application public consultation report which will accompany the planning application. A further opportunity to make representations to the Council will be available when the planning application is formally submitted for consideration.
