NW Harpenden – A Place for All
Our Vision is that NW Harpenden will respond to the challenges faced by the forecast population changes within the town. The proposed development will help provide family housing, starter size homes, and the older generations with homes to downsize into along with care to assist them in later years. Our integrated retirement community would be fully inclusive with the rest of the development and provide a key social hub to the development and for the town. The benefits of intergenerational interactions can be encouraged with the incorporation of an Early Years Facility within the scheme focussed around a public plaza available to all. NW Harpenden could also set the exemplar for designing for dementia sufferers, which would also assist others with mobility and learning difficulties as well as children and parents alike.
NW Harpenden will be a place for all:
